My home has provided a great starting point on the property ladder with affordable bills and modern features which have included a decent sized bedroom as well as an equally sized spare for when friends and family wish to visit and stay. The combined lounge and dining room has afforded me the luxury to host numerous guests to watch big sporting events on the box, where I can offer food around the dining table and have people residing on my comfy leather furniture. With the added bonus of a spacious garden for BBQ's in the summer! The kitchen is a great size with ample storage space for food and crockery and the perfect place to cook up a storm, the hall also has the added bonus of a downstairs toilet which is a useful and convenient amenity! Location wise, I've made some great memories from nights out in Manchester given the convenient location of the Metro link as well as affordable taxi fares and the local pub also offers decent food and a good quiz. I've also been blessed to have Asda on my doorstep for convenient shopping and petrol trips when required.
