Updated information about our fees 1st June 2019:
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 all letting agents are required to explain their permitted payments schedule and Client Money Protection and redress scheme membership information. As such we can advise that Clive Anthony Estates limited will make a charge only in relation to the following permitted payments:
Rent, a capped refundable tenancy deposit, a capped refundable holding deposit and a reasonable charge in relation to loss of keys, requests for a change of sharer, variation of a tenancy agreement or early surrender/tenancy termination.
Lost keys/fobs will be charged at the cost of any key/fob needed plus reasonable time costs for cutting and procurement of £15/hr incl VAT. Tenancy changes will incur charges of £50 incl VAT plus reasonable costs relating to the changes. Early termination will be charged at £50 incl VAT plus any financial losses suffered by the landlord or incurred by the agent in arranging for the tenant to leave and for a new tenant to be found.
Clive Anthony Estates Limited is a member of The Property Ombudsman and is a member of CMP client money protect which is registered as CM protect Limited Premiere House,1st Floor, Elstree Way,Borehamwood,WD6 1JH. Please note that for common law agreements such as company lets application charges will still apply of £360 incl VAT
