'We have lived here for approximately 31 years, it is a lovely, quiet and friendly place to live, there are plenty of outdoor spaces and have raised three children and numerous pets over the years, my children enjoyed the walks to and from school, either down the lane or through the Clough and inviting friends home. There are many walks, cycling tracks and dog walking areas, to meander around during all seasons, it is a lovely place and has a very rural aspect, considering it is less than a mile from Prestwich Village and the local amenities. We are situated off Clifton Road but we have a Whitefield postcode, this was changed by the post office to make it more efficient in the delivery of our post.
