"I've enjoyed living in the house because it's in a great location. It's near to the tram to get into the city centre easily. You can walk to the restaurants and bars in Prestwich Village - new ones are opening all the time at the moment - and it's great to have Heaton Park on the doorstep.
The street is quiet with no traffic as it's a dead-end. The neighbours, some of whom have lived there for years, are very friendly. It is easy to park outside as the house is opposite a small park.
