Virtual viewings usage more than doubles since lockdownPosted: 29th April 2020
The number of virtual viewings taking place has more than doubled since the Coronavirus pandemic, it has been revealed.
This is both a reaction among agents to the impact of lockdown and social distancing rules, but also that for some time online and virtual tours have become the new normal..
Our research shows that 89% of home hunters want information up front before they will consider viewing a property. With this in mind, we have no doubt that the number of listings with home tours available will grow as agents and developers work to meet this demand.
Clive Anthony are now offering professional video tours on every single one of their properties, this will enable any potential buyer the option of viewing any property remotely which most buyers would prefer given current circumstances. This new service will also allow us to remotely interact with any potential buyer by us playing the tour on their device as well as our computer at the same time and us walking through the property with them and talking through all the features.
